A cross-training program, with the energy and camaraderie of a group fitness class, combined with the one-on-one attention of a personal training session. With our 2 trainers, students receive personal attention throughout each class.

Monday – Sprint or HIITNo Buts
Tuesday – ZFF--Lift Heavy Things
(Join us at Ignite Athletics) Wednesday – Take Long Walk, Play or Cardio Dance
Thursday – Lift Heavy Things (Playground Workout)
Friday – Take Long Walk, Play or Cardio Dance
Saturday – ZFF--Lift Heavy Things
(Join us at Ignite Athletics)
Sunday – Take Long Walk, Play or Rest

7 Fundamental Movements

We focus on proper body alignment and execution of these seven basic movements. Every person who walks in will be run through a Functional Movement Screen to check for any mobility issues. Modifications will be given for any "Red Light" issues, while we work on correcting any problems.

'Zeeps' are made, not born! Remember, we train with items that have a dual purpose; both fitness and personal defense.
